Intern Developers

We require 5 full stack developers, with knowledge of kick-starting a full 3-tier back-end infrastructure. The interns must familiar with designing based on microservice architecture, built for internet scale, to be implemented in Scala, with back-end integration with Cassandra and MariaDB and front-end web interface in NGINX. The trainee must have prior experience with developing highly-secure applications, with integration to payment gateways, designed for multi-lingual support, as well as a high level of availability.

To complete all the deliverables, the ideal internees should have in-depth knowledge, and hand-on experience in the following:

- Experience translating higher-level architectural designs into back-end code

- Experience with 3-tier, microservice architecture

- Experience with secure authentication

- Experience with payment gateway integration

- Proficiency with developing applications using Scala

- Experience with noSQL databases (especially Cassandra) and RDBMS such as MariaDB

- Experience with NGINX front-end web development using JavaScript, PHP, Python

- Specification and development of APIs

- Agile development with iterative prototyping for concept refinement

- Application testing and optimization, as well as adaptation across platforms

EDUCATION: Bachelors in Computer Science (or related field) with a minimum CGPA of 3.3; students in their last semesters may be considered

EXPERIENCE: Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge in relevant academic projects
